MystiCraft ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit the Site and how it is used.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from visitors. We do not operate contact forms, user accounts, or email sign-ups on the Site.

Information We Collect

We collect aggregated, non-personal usage data for internal analytics purposes:

• Pages visited and navigation patterns.
• General geographic region at country or region level only.
• Browser type and device category.
• Referral source, such as how you arrived at the Site.

This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. It is collected and processed entirely within our servers. We do not use or send your information to other third-party tracking or analytics service.

Cookies, Services, and Security

The Site may use minimal, functional cookies necessary for the Site to operate correctly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not meaningfully affect your ability to use the Site.

The Site may link to or embed content from third-party platforms. These services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. MystiCraft does not share visitor data with any third parties.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the Site and any data it processes. As we do not collect personal information, risk to individual visitors is inherently limited.

Discord Bot Privacy Policy

This section describes how MystiCraft's Discord bots ("the Bots") collect, use, and handle data when you interact with them on Discord. This policy applies to all bots operated by MystiCraft, each of which is described in the relevant sections below.

By using any of the Bots or being a member of a Discord server in which the Bots operate, you acknowledge this policy.

MystiCraft is a private Minecraft server community operating a network of Discord servers. The Bots described in this policy are private, custom-built tools restricted to the MystiCraft Discord server network. They are not public services.

Linking Bot Data

Data collected varies by bot. In all cases, we collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the relevant service.

• Minecraft Account UUID: the unique identifier associated with your Minecraft account, obtained when you initiate a link in-game.
• Discord User ID: the unique identifier associated with your Discord account, obtained when you submit your verification code via Discord.

We do not collect or store Discord usernames or display names, email addresses, message content, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

How Bot Data Is Collected and Used

In-game linking starts when you request a verification code on the MystiCraft Minecraft server. This code is temporarily associated with your Minecraft account UUID. Discord verification happens when you submit the verification code via the Bot on Discord. The Bot records the association between your Minecraft account UUID and your Discord User ID. Once the link is established, the temporary verification code is discarded.

The data we collect is used exclusively to link your Discord account to your Minecraft account within the MystiCraft network and automatically assign the "Linked" role in MystiCraft Discord servers when you join, based on a previously established link.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond what is described for each bot above.

Discord Gateway Intents

The Linking Bot uses Discord's Server Members Intent. This intent is required to listen for server joining events across the MystiCraft Discord server network. When you join a MystiCraft Discord server, the Bot checks whether you have a previously established link and, if so, immediately assigns the appropriate "Linked" role. This data is not stored; it is used only in real time to perform the role assignment.

Sharing, Storage, and Retention

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third parties. Data is not shared outside of the MystiCraft server infrastructure.

Linked account data is stored on MystiCraft's private servers. We take reasonable precautions to protect this data from unauthorized access. As the Bots are private and restricted to the MystiCraft network, exposure is inherently limited.

Data collected by each bot is retained for as long as it is needed to provide the relevant service, or until you request its removal. Upon request or upon discontinuation of the relevant service, your data will be deleted from our systems.

Children's Privacy, Rights, and Contact

The Site and Bots are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information or data from children under 13. If you believe a child's data has been collected, please contact us so we can remove it.

You may request access to a copy of the data we hold associated with your Discord User ID or Minecraft UUID, deletion of your data, or correction of inaccurate data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when new bots are added to the MystiCraft network. If changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Site or Bots following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
