Acceptance and Scope

These Terms apply when you visit mysticraft.xyz, play on the MystiCraft Minecraft network, use an official MystiCraft Discord service or bot, or use a MystiCraft-controlled virtual product or entitlement (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, linking an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the published server rules.

Store checkout, billing, and related services may also be governed by Tebex and its payment providers. If you do not agree to the terms that apply to a Service, do not use that Service or complete a purchase.

Eligibility and Parental Permission

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal capacity in your location, you may use the Services only with Parental Permission from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed these Terms and agrees to be responsible for your use.

A purchaser must be authorized to use the selected payment method. Parents and guardians should supervise purchases made by minors and review the product, price, subscription terms, and account details before checkout.

Acceptable Use and Server Rules

You must use the Services lawfully, follow staff instructions and published rules, and avoid interfering with other users or MystiCraft systems. You may not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use prohibited modifications or automation, evade enforcement, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass others, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate staff, or misrepresent affiliation with MystiCraft.
• Attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, service, API, server, or infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest content or data in a way that harms the Services, violates law, or ignores access restrictions.

Reporting a vulnerability privately to staff does not itself violate this section when done in good faith and without exploiting, retaining, or disclosing user data.

Accounts and Linking

You are responsible for activity performed through Minecraft, Discord, or store accounts you use with MystiCraft and for keeping those accounts secure. Do not link or use an account you do not control.

Linking records associate a Minecraft UUID with a Discord user ID. Actions, restrictions, roles, or entitlements associated with one linked account may affect the other where needed to operate or enforce the Services.

Moderation, Suspensions, and Appeals

MystiCraft may investigate conduct and remove content, restrict features, reset unfair progress, suspend accounts, revoke access, or permanently ban users when reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect users or Services, address fraud or abuse, or comply with law. Enforcement may apply across linked MystiCraft services.

You may appeal through the official MystiCraft Discord support process. An appeal does not guarantee reversal. Enforcement does not automatically create a refund right, but nothing here removes any refund or mandatory consumer right provided by applicable law.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items

Store products are digital rights or benefits usable only within the identified MystiCraft Service. Virtual Items are limited, personal, revocable service entitlements; they are not legal tender, have no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside an expressly provided MystiCraft feature.

Prices, currencies, taxes, product details, and any recurring subscription terms are shown at checkout. You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and selecting the correct platform, product, and server. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the method provided by Tebex before the next renewal date.

A purchase grants only the described entitlement. It does not transfer ownership of MystiCraft, Minecraft, or third-party intellectual property and does not guarantee permanent server availability.

Delivery, Refunds, and Chargebacks

The store and checkout process are operated with Tebex, which handles payment processing, billing support, fulfilment systems, and refunds under the terms displayed at checkout. Delivery may require a successful payment and a valid, correctly entered account. If delivery fails, contact official MystiCraft support and use the Tebex billing route shown by the store.

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the checkout terms, product status, and surrounding facts. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, cancellation rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Please contact support before starting a chargeback so a delivery or billing problem can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension of related entitlements or accounts, but this does not restrict your right to make a lawful payment dispute.

User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit to MystiCraft. You grant MystiCraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, promote, secure, and enforce the Services. You confirm you have the rights needed to provide the content.

Except for user and third-party material, MystiCraft branding, original text, graphics, layouts, and other original service content are owned by or licensed to MystiCraft. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission or another lawful basis.

Third-Party Services and Minecraft Disclaimer

Minecraft, Discord, Tebex, payment services, and linked websites are governed by their respective operators and terms. MystiCraft is not responsible for an independent provider's availability, security, content, or decisions, although this does not limit responsibility that law places directly on MystiCraft.

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft names, assets, and trademarks belong to Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Discord and Tebex marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability, Disclaimers, and Liability

MystiCraft may maintain, update, rebalance, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, game modes, content, or Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, error-free operation, or preservation of every item, statistic, or configuration. Where reasonably practical, material changes affecting paid entitlements will be communicated through official channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and MystiCraft excludes implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable Law and General Terms

MystiCraft is jointly operated from India and Canada. Laws applicable to these Terms may include laws of India, Canada and the relevant Canadian province, and mandatory laws that apply based on your location or transaction. A dispute may be brought before a court or tribunal that has lawful jurisdiction; these Terms do not force you to waive a forum or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms when the Services, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Changes apply from the stated update date, subject to any additional notice or consent required by law.

For questions, support, purchase fulfilment issues, or appeals, open a ticket with the MystiCraft staff team through our official Discord server. Tebex-controlled billing or refund matters may also need to be submitted through the support route shown by the store.
